Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the iGaming Cloud platform, submitting an application, or operating a casino brand through our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Platform Services
iGaming Cloud provides a multi-tenant iGaming platform enabling operators to launch and manage online casino brands. Services include game aggregation, payment processing, player management, compliance tooling, and branding customization. Services are offered under two plans: White Label and Turnkey, each with distinct terms.
3. White Label Operator Obligations
White Label operators run under the platform's master B2C gambling license. Operators must adhere to all platform compliance policies, responsible gambling requirements, and player protection standards. The platform retains regulatory reporting obligations and acts as the licensed entity of record.
4. Turnkey Operator Obligations
Turnkey operators hold their own B2C gambling license and are responsible for all regulatory compliance, reporting, and player protection obligations in their licensed jurisdictions. The platform provides tools and infrastructure but does not assume regulatory responsibility for Turnkey operations.
5. Application and Onboarding
All applicants must provide accurate information during the application process. The platform reserves the right to reject applications, suspend accounts, or terminate services for misrepresentation, fraud, or violation of applicable laws.
6. Data Processing
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. Applicant and operator data is processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Liability
The platform provides services "as is" with commercially reasonable uptime guarantees as specified in the service level agreement. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the commercial agreement. The platform reserves the right to immediately suspend services in cases of regulatory non-compliance, fraud, or material breach.
