iGaming Cloud ("we", "us", "the platform") is the data controller for personal data collected through the marketing website and application process. For White Label operations, the platform is the data controller for player data. For Turnkey operations, the operator is the data controller.

During the application process, we collect:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone number)
  • Company information (name, registration, jurisdiction)
  • Brand information (brand name, slug, target market)
  • License information (for Turnkey applicants)
  • Usage data (pages visited, form interactions)
  • Technical data (IP address, browser, device type)

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data to:

  • Process and review your application
  • Create and manage your platform account
  • Communicate about your application status
  • Provide platform services as agreed
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Improve our services and user experience

We process data based on: (a) contractual necessity — to process your application and provide services; (b) legitimate interest — to improve our platform and prevent fraud; (c) legal obligation — to comply with gambling regulations and AML requirements; (d) consent — for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Data Retention

Application data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus the legally required retention period. Rejected applications are retained for 12 months for fraud prevention purposes, then deleted. Cookie and analytics data is retained for 26 months.
